Love the staff, who speak to you by name (Aleena, Robert, Blake to name a few) Love the availability of machines. I use the 30 minute circuit the most. The HYDROMASSAGE is awesome! I wish that the City of Cypress would allow them to open by 4:30 am. The recent hour change has affected my family. Not able to go in the mornings before work anymore because I'd be home too late, now that they open at 5am... Hopefully that's resolved soon. Definitely worth the low cost of membership!!!

I find that if I go at night, I like the vibe a lot more. When I've come during the day many of the employees seem to be conversing with each other or only talking to the gym regulars so I try to only go later into the night. This location is on the small side but the machines look pretty well kept up with.

I thought I'd spice things up and try another Chuze location for fun. The parking lot gets pretty full but as long as you park far back, you can walk. One thing I have to say is how claustrophobic this gym is. All the machines are super close together and then there's a random empty hallway that's used for lining up for classes. Something about it seems like an architectural/design failure. Definitely on the small side but it's clean and gets the job done. I'd rather stick to the Garden Grove location though. Great gym , great price ! They have alot of classes and equipment I've gone at odd times like Friday nights so it's never been that crowded . This location is not that big but other than that it's nice and the staff is polite and welcoming . Great customer service . I would recommend this gym.

I love this gym, very clean. A little over crowded at times but is well worth it! The employee Pedro is amazing he remembers who you are and greets you every time! I wouldn't go to any other location!!

I've been a customer for 4 or 5 years now and I continue to be so happy with Cypress Chuze. You really couldn't have a friendlier staff. They take the time to get to know you by name which means a lot! I rarely use all the machines but attend classes at least three or four times a week. The gym is always clean, the classes run on time and the instructors are fantastic. They know what they are doing and are eager to encourage. ChuzeFitness is my all time favorite gym I have ever worked out in! The staff are all extremely nice and remember you when you walk in. I have never seen any of the staff unhappy and their positivity truly boosts one up for a workout! This gym is extremely clean and has pretty much everything you would need - minus a pool- and gets the job. They have personal saunas, tanning booths, and the massage beds almost put me to sleep every time. For the price you pay, you are being spoiled. Highly recommend this gym for anyon... read more

I love this gym, the staff always greets me and even remembers my name! They try their best to keep the place clean. This doesn't have a swimming pool, but that's okay. If you get their premium membership you can visit the Garden Grove gym, they've got a pool. The price is right also, those other big gyms cost so much more. It does get busy during the "premium times". I prefer coming after 8:30 at night, less members during that time. No waiting for most machines. I highly recommend this place. They have the best welcome committee ever! Love to walk in to be greeted with the friendliest and warmth staff members. I can't say enough how helpful and attentive they are to all the members.
