I'll give Chuze 4 out of 5 stars because it is ultra clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. When I moved to Cypress, I was looking for a gym that had a bench press, squat rack, etc. This Chuze location does not have those items which caused me not to sign up. I'd change my mind quickly if they did have those items!

Thank you for the review, Chris. We appreciate all of your feedback. We are always looking for new ways to update our facility, so additional equipment could certainly be a possibility in the future. We also invite you to check out our newest club in Orange County, in Anaheim. With the facility being much larger, we do have a wider variety of equipment. We hope to see you there soon! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness Member Services
Staff is really really friendly. I am extremely awkward and can barely say hello without almost having a panic attack BUT everyone on staff is super welcoming, kind, and friendly. Everything is pretty clean and it doesn't smell like a boys locker room which is great! There are a variety of machines and things to do, and there are even some Facebook memes scattered throughout the gym which are amusing (: overall a really good gym. (only super small mild inconvenience I ever had is that they thought I was my boyfriends sister... read more

This Chuze location is the most welcoming ... the staff is fantastic. My fave is Robert , he is always accommodating ! I'm a class taker and between shaking my arse in Enrique's Zumba, Betty's Tone n Sculpt and now Dara's Body Pump.... I've lost 20 lbs. Dayumm! Best decision I've made was joining!

Hi Myn, Thank you for the wonderful review and feedback! Also, a big congrats to you on your awesome weight loss! That is fantastic! Keep up the great work! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness Member Services
Excellent gym for the price. $10 and the facilities are clean. Though a bit packed at times. Staff is friendly. Pros: - Cost is great. - Ample machines and cardio equipment. Circuit training area and an area is awesome. - Sauna is awesome if you pay for it. Hydro massage is great. (Pro tip: Ditch the tanning beds - UV radiation causes cancer.) Cons: - Can get super packed at peak hours and hard to get to some equipment (you'll be waiting). - Not enough benches! Can we get more benches? Like just a couple more? - I was as... read more

We aim to make it perfect for you! It's awesome that you are enjoying our Hydromassage beds as well as our saunas. We have noticed that there has been an increase regarding t... read more
Avoid peak hours; you'll be waiting on machines. Closes earlier on weekends (8pm) which is kind of a bust. Well kept. Friendly staff. Hydro massage beds are a great benefit.

This place is absolutely amazing and just the kind of gym before. I'm overweight and recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to do a total upheaval on my diet and activity and I knew I should start going to the gym. I've always hated it before because I never felt comfortable there...everyone was always so in shape and ripped and I always felt people staring. Chuze is amazing. The price is unbeatable, there's a variety of equipment and it's in such good shape. They usually play great music. But honestly the people wh... read more

Always clean, staff is always friendly. Haven't had one issue since I've been coming here!!
The gym is amazing. Even though it doesn't look like it if you met me, I've been working out in gyms off and on for the past 25+ years. Lol, it might sound like I'm lying, but before injuries and getting older, I was in good shape. But enough of that...the staff at this gym are incredibly friendly and professional and the other members here are all very considerate. I really almost don't want to write such a good review for the gym out of fear of people finding out about this hidden gem and it suddenly getting crowded. ... read more
