I'm happy here. My wife and my sons all joined and it's so satisfying to see the entire family training together and loosing unwanted pounds. Well worth the money. It's also fun to see my boys plan their day together around their training.
Business response:
Working out definitely brings the family together! We're so glad you're all enjoying your time with us. We appreciate the review, Eliecer, and look forward to seeing you all soon! Kind regards, Member Services
A huge thanks to Tristan tonight for helping me adjust my phone app and new bar code. It can be overwhelming to get to understand a new app. He was very patient and professional.
Business response:
Hello Heather! Thank you for the awesome review, and shout out! We're happy to hear that Tristan was able to help set up the Chuze Fitness app for you. Enjoy the rewards! Kind regards, Member Services
I loved going to ChuzeFitness with my family for a workout, because I enjoyed exercising with the new equipment of chest press for my pecs, biceps, triceps, backs, and shoulders to develop my muscles. Also, I liked using the water rowers and cardio from the treadmill with my younger brother every day, when he's done from class at university of La Verne.
Business response:

Love coming to chuze. One request please do maintenance on the sauna's. Doors aren't shutting all the way causing temps to drop. Bench seats are loose. For those of us that love the sauna PLEASE PLEASE fix the ones that aren't working right .

I Finally went and got my membership card yesterday...I was a little nervous about going to work out in a gym with a bunch of strangers. The girl at the front desk was very nice and explained everthing to me. I worked out for about 40 mins. first time in about a year, and I felt great when I left! I cant wait to go back today! If your wondering if you should sign up or like me a little bit scared about going, dont be...Once you do it you will be glad you did! New Year, New Me!!!
Business response:
Hi Tim, Thank you for the wonderful review! We are so glad your 1st experience with us was so positive! Hopefully we will see you soon in the near future! Kind regards, Member Services
I've been going to Chuze Cypress for 4 years now and I absolutely LOVE this gym and the crew. I moved from 24 Hour Fitness and I'm really glad I did. Membership here is much cheaper and you get so much more for your money. The locker rooms are always clean and the machines are well maintained. They also have hydro massage beds and a sauna, which are amazing but I rarely have the time to use since I work out before going to work. I often see the staff dusting and wiping down the machines, vacuuming the place and emptying out ... read more

Love this gym!! Staff is always super friendly, machines are always kept clean. Every staff member really puts the effort into greeting every member.
Business response:
Thanks for the awesome review, Jessica! The acknowledgment means so much to us and our staff!
As a long-time 24 Member I've been trying this out as a guest. Surprisingly, this has been a good, refreshing alternative. For the cost (~$14/mo) you simply can't complain...super clean, open 24 hrs again, just enough equipment to get a decent workout, and clientele that's run of the mill. It does the job and the regular staff is amazingly friendly. Again, for the value it presents it's great and can't be beat
This is the gym that got me to start working out again. Now, I'm addicted. Its clean, has friendly staff, and reasonably priced. If you do the math, the membership is cheap. Costco has a "deal" for $370 "All Sport", which works out to $15.41 for 2 years. Its just for new members and you are locked in for 2 years. The "Super Sport" membership is $650 for 2 years, which works out to $27.08. Again, you are locked in and have to pony all costs up front. Chuze's cost runs about $24/month when you factor in the annual fee,... read more
