This review is based on how Chuze handled membership issues for me. With that, I can attest that all Chuze clubs I have visited were clean and staffed with wonderful associates. During the pandemic, my membership got a little wonky due to me paying ahead. I went into the club and had a team of associates trying to resolve the issue I created. Alina, took charge of the situation and told me her plan. She advised me she follow up on Monday. Sure enough, I received an email from her stating she was able to make the changes. T... read more

I signed up for Chuze because I was looking for a budget friendly gym that was open during the COVID pandemic. Very impressed! You get a lot of amenities for a very low price, and most importantly, the gym is super clean, follows the mask mandate seriously, and provides sanitizer/wipes for your safety. Tristan helped me complete the sign up process and he was really helpful and patient with me! Definitely makes the experience better when you've got great staff to welcome you in. There are no free olympic bars, so this may ... read more

I really love these gyms. My home one is Cypress, but of course all online for most of the pandemic. I haven't felt safe going into one in-person again yet, but man I miss it. I only wish they all had pools and hot tubs for after workout relaxation.
Business response:

I just moved to Cypress and have been scouting out a gym. I came to Chuze because of the proximity and the reviews. I walked in this morning to a very clean and welcoming gym. I was assisted by Alissa, Liezel, Kim, and Alana. They were all warm in their introductions and made me feel comfortable. The Chuze crew was thorough in their expectations for the gym and their customers. Everyone in the gym was wearing a mask and was actively cleaning off their stations. I signed up immediately and am very excited to come back tomorro... read more

This gym is amazing! The equipment is always clean and in good working order, as well as the locker rooms. Although this particular Chuze may not have all of the additional amenities that the some other locations may have (pool, smoothie bar, cinema room) it's also what makes this smaller gym a lot less packed than some of the other locations. I also truly love how friendly the staff is. A lot of the staff know most of the regulars by name, and all employees are always willing to help with any issues that may arise duri... read more
