This place is really nice. They keep it clean and organized and the staff is always willing to help. So far, all the members seem to respect the rules, weights are put back where they belong and there's no trash or gym bags laying all around. This place is very organized. If you are looking for someplace with a lot of Olympic weights this place is not for you. Although, If you can live without the heavier Olympic weights (I can) this place is for you.
Business response:
Hi Mike, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this awesome review! We are so glad to hear that you are enjoying the facility. Keep up the hard work, and we look forward to seeing you in the club! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness Member Services
They keep this place clean and I never have to wait for extras. Please leave saunas on until closing on weekends! Love the private sauna, if it had a pool it would be a perfect gym **EDIT- the hours are a bit skimpy on the weekend. Should be open later for those that work. This gym has enough business to be open later than 8pm. Will switch wHen my year is up
Business response:
Thanks for the 4 star review, Amber! We're a little small for a pool right now, but perhaps one day! See you in the club soon! -Member Services
Their cardio cinema area is what sold me.. I couldnt believe it.. I love it.. it's well maintained.. looks like it shouldnt even be in an area like CUDAHY.. and the price is crazy low for for all the amenities
Business response:
Thanks for the awesome review and feedback, Bruno! We're so glad you're loving the facility! Happy New Year! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness Member Services
Wow best gym I've ever been to. The cleanest and by far the most friendliest gym around. Telling all my friends!! You guys are really organized too! Unbelievable in the best way possible!
Business response:
Thanks for the awesome review, Vanessa! We appreciate the amazing feedback and hope you have a wonderful holiday! See you soon! Chuze Fitness Member Services
The gym is great but I think you guys should add free lifting platforms for bench, squat, etc. I've been wanting to bench for a while but the smith machine feel personally uncomfortable to bench/squat in and the bench press machines dont really have the same feeling as benching with a barbell
Business response:
Thanks for the 4 star review, Tristan! We're so glad you're loving the facility and we are always looking for new ways to update it. We have retrofitted many of our locations with additional free weights and our Cypress facility could eventually get those one day as well. Stay tuned and we hope you have a wonderful holiday! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness Member Services
Super gym. The staff are wonderfully welcoming every time I come and always say "thank you" and "bye" when I leave. Very positive, cheerful, and clean environment. Staff super helpful.
Business response:
Our Hellos and Goodbyes are a staple to our brand. Thank you for recognizing us, Chris! We look forward to seeing you again soon! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness Member Services
I came today on the way home from work just to work out, because I haven't been to the gym in a while. This gym is awesome, because everyone is so friendly here. The workers greet you when you come in and come out of the gym. The machines are clean. I would definitely come again when I am back in the area. :)
Business response:
Thanks for the 5 stars, Jenny! We greatly appreciate the feedback and recognition! We hope to see you again soon! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness Member Services
This is a great gym to go to. The staff are very warm and friendly, always saying hi. The only problem I have is that they are always vaccuming when I am working out. I don't understand why they can't do that at night around 11 when people aren't at the gym. That's why I gave it a 4 stars rating. Overall it's a great gym with good staff!
Business response:
Thanks for the 4 star review, Lauren! We are sorry to hear that the vacuuming is becoming a nuisance. Dust builds up in our facilities incredibly fast, so we typically have to vacuum twice per day. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you in the club soon! Kind regards, Member Services
I hesitate to give 3 stars but this gym is not for me. I was pretty disappointed to find there are no Olympic barbells. They do have a Smith machine and small barbells up to 60lb but I need an Olympic barbell. It's very clean and the staff is very helpful, it's just not for me.
Business response:
Hi Janica, We totally understand your reasoning for the 3 stars and thank you for acknowledging our cleanliness and friendliness. While we don't have extended free weights as one of our amenities at this location, we did recently retrofit some of our other OC locations with full Olympic barbells, squat racks, heavier dumbbells, and more! We invite you to stop by and see our Anaheim location nearby to take full advantage of these. Thanks again and we hope that you'll give some of our other locations a try! In health, Memb... read more
