Everyone is always welcoming when I walk in. There's always a great variety of classes and I've never had to wait for a machine or any of the extras (tanning, sauna, massage bed)

This is a great gym. I wasn't expecting much as it is much cheaper than 24 hour fitness and LA fitness. But the people who work here are terrific. Customer service is A +. They all seem to love their jobs even at 6 am. It's really clean and you can always find a staffer on the floor cleaning something. I don't take classes or use the tanning bed or mini sauna (I have the cheaper membership) so I can't speak to those The gym is busy but never crowded. 3 for 3! Three different Chuze location visits and three 5 star ratings. Chuze Cypress you guys rock! Thanks for being awesome. I really liked the personal infrared saunas offered here.

Love this place! All the employees are always greeting you once you enter and leave! I feel right at home here. I always want to come back and never leave . Thank you chuze staff for always giving me a great experience. They renovated the front area too! Looks great and is a great place to do my crossfit workouts. 5/5

Not very big, but it is clean. The price is reasonable, we are going to cancel my current program in other gym and change to this one.

I came with a friend who holds a premium pass. If there were more locations, i'd switch my 24 hour fitness membership immediately. This gym is amazingly clean, great staff, and current equipment. Love this place, and hope that they open near La Mirada, CA soon.

I was considering changing to Cypress chuze is actually a few minutes to my house. I had called a few days ago questioning about the amenities and about information about this gym. Pedro answer my call and all my questions perfectly. He had perfect customer service. He was very polite to be honest I had never felt more comfortable about asking questions. Big props to chuze on having a great employees like him. Can't wait to check out this facility. I already know I'm going to love it here. Thank you Pedro.

First time at this location of Chuze in Cypress because the one on Chapman is on maintenance due to power outage. Mark has been so helpful with answering all of our questions regarding the Hydro Massage. Thanks so much, Mark! Will be back to this location.

I was once a 24 hr gym member. When I heard that Chuze fitness was opening up right down the street from me I jumped to get a membership. I had it for about 6 months and I cancelled. I found that I was stuck thinking 24 hr was the best. They had saunas and better treadmills that I had grown to like. I also had an altercation with someone in the parking lot. I absolutely hate when you are reversing and someone honks at you as they drive behind you. Because they can see that your reversing, yet why would they want to stop... read more
