Way too small and busy for the size of this place. You can't really ever use what you want to because there's simply too many people at any given time. They need a bigger sized free weights area so it's actually possible to use the things you want. Same with the machines, overall thinking about going somewhere else because of how packed it always is at every time of day but 5:30 am.

Cancelled two years ago and found that they had been charging me ever since. Wouldn't return a dime. Whoever took the paperwork must not have filed it. Had not been in there in two years... Be careful and check your statements. $240 down the drain.

the staff in escondido are very proffessional and polite. now you are mandating that all employees have to wear masks while 90 percent of the members are maskless. perceptions of mine are that you are hurting employee morale which is an asset in your gym. why don't you leave the mask wearing decision up to your employees. I am at high risk for COVID-19. I froze my membership in September. Despite my account being frozen, they continued to bill me. They just billed me another month's dues. I called to rectify the situation and was treated very rudely by Aaliyah. I'm not sure of the spelling because she refused to tell me how it's spelled. She interrupted frequently and threatened to hang up on me simply for me asking for a refund and for asking her how to spell her name so I could record it with my notes for the phone call. TBH this is a beginners gym, there's no platform, all bench or squat spots are smith machines. If you dumbbell Bench over 80lbs you can't because the highest dumbbell is 75lbs. Don't get me wrong if you're just beginning it's and "okay" gym, but LACKS free weight. Sorry but I'm sticking with 24 hour.
