I have been a member here for the past four years. The staff & the feeling of being welcome here is what keeps me coming back. I noticed a negative review regarding Tracy and I can't disagree enough, I find her to be warm & welcoming. And not just with me, but overall, huh, maybe a different gal, but no, the reviewer mentioned her orange hair, so no, same gal, but my experiences with her are 100% positive. :)

I joined Chuze Fitness right after the grand opening; unfortunately I moved out of state so I am no longer a member. The staff are so friendly & helpful and the members are kind & courteous & also very friendly. The gym is always clean. A pool in the facility would have been awesome and definitely get another star. A Chuze in Montana would be the ultimate. Heather B

A nice gym and the instructors in the classes are very nice. The front desk staff is nice too especially Jayden, however Tracy I think is her name, the one with the blue shirt and orange hair is not very professional. She has an attitude all the time and acts like she doesn't like her job. When I was signing up for my membership, she asked someone else to take over because she was complaining that she was tired of signing people up for the day, right in front of me! The least she could have done was said it discreetly. I hav... read more

This gym is run-down with old, worn-out treadmills and bikes that don't work, and staff members who just stand behind a desk and talk to each other.

1 Star is the treadmill belts. Majority of the belts are floppy and worn out!!! They've been like that for a long time( meaning months and that's months too long). That's not an exaggeration. It's a trip/safety hazard. Treadmill Belts are supposed to be: Smooth movement Proper tension Centered tracking Good grip Minimal noise Even surface I would be more than happy to delete this Review as soon as the treadmill belts get replaced. Horrible staff that are more focused on greeting customers than being respectful and helpful towards them . I can't even walk near the recovery rooms with my GF without one them yelling from across the gym "YOU BOTH CANT BE IN THERE", even though we have already made it clear that we understand the rules. I've been going to this gym for 4 months already and in every communication with the staff it's either a "helpful suggestion" or them trying to sell me an overpriced milkshake. They let homeless people live in front of the gym, I'm quitting my membership and going somewhere else. This gym is too woke.
