They were eager to sign me up and were always friendly when I came in, however, when I was no longer able to take the time to come in, I chose to cancel my membership before the end of year and a different attitude came around. So, we went to pay another year at the nice price of $9.99 per month. But wait, they have a special that only costs no start up fee and it's only $9.99 per month....Wow, but we still would like to pay the year in advance. Place is way too small. I usually go to the location in Rancho Cucamonga or corona but I happened to be working in the area. Showed up around 330 and the free weight section was already beyond crowded. Very clean though.

I have been a member here for 3 years. I had zero complaints until recently. They have been hounding me for a my picture. I understand having picture on file makes it easier for the staff to recognize me as a member. Call me suspicious and old fashion but I feel that is an invasion of privacy however I understand (also I signed a contract that stated in fine print that I was willing to give them a picture, not sure why it wasn't taken back in 2013) Anyway I declined for them to take my picture but said I was willing to brin... read more
