This gym is so bad they got too many memberships and now the gym is always overcrowded, this gym isn't that big for the amount of people they signed up. I'm currently waiting for the new gym to open up so I can cancel this one, they need to stop getting new memberships or else more and more people will cancel. when it first open this gym was 24/7 and it was great but now you have to work around your schedule and hope you make it on time before it closes. What's the reason for the closure of the gym till further notice. Would have been helpful to get information updated on the app. Shows that it is still open. Definitely inconvenient and bad customer service.

There are several gyms in Corona. Pick a different one! This gym is constantly overcrowded - it's extremely hard to get on machines and the staff doesn't enforce common courtesy rules so people sit on equipment scrolling through their phones or in the circuit training area they continue to use a piece of equipment through several cycles, so it's impossible to move through the circuit in 30 minutes. Chile Fitness is NOT in favor of its customers! If you decide to cancel your monthly membership and are even a day late on the Annual fee, you will NOT get it back. They will charge you the $49.99 for a full year even tho you have cancelled your membership! Horrible experience!

I've been coming to Chuze for 4 years now. I'm a fitness and running coach myself and this is where I like to get my workouts in. Super disappointed to see you guy closed down the cinema room and making it lab x. That's where it's nice to get long runs done with the darker room, the treadmills being at 99 minutes, and watching a movie helps the time go by. There's plenty of area for the weights running on the treadmill out in the regular area is a lot harder to get into the zone and it maxes out at 60 minutes. :( or get some... read more

This gym has gone downhill. They have horrible customer service. It's definitely not as clean as it used to be. Staff members are rude and not helpful at all. There's always at least a few machines broken. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting.

Used to really enjoy coming to this gym but I'm going to cancel my membership now. They tore down the movie room one of the main reason I as well as many other people chose this gym over others. Completely disappointed because this is what made me choose this gym over all the others one in the area. Better off going to UFC.

Annoyed today. Usually it's phone number or email to check-in and that's how it is at the Rosemead Chuze. I came to this one today (not my first visit to this location) and they needed my boyfriend to send me a buddy pass link. Sign up there with all my information again. Then they needed to scan his QR code on his phone, check my ID to make sure I'm the right person, and to take a picture of me. They said it's a new policy.
