It was good at first, but it got progressively worse. Machines broken, not enough equipment, dirty restrooms, etc.... BUT the main attraction for MANY people was the cinema room playing great movies with a lot of workout machines. They TORE it down. Even some of the employees were sad about it. I feel ripped off and manipulated. That was a perfect way to wind down after weight lifting. It was amazing for introverts too. If you want to get Robbed and have staff not even care that it happened, come to this gym. Me and 6 other people got robbed yesterday by people who were cutting locks. I understand thats out of their control, it was the way these unprofessional people handle situations. Very rude and really didn't care what so ever that this was happening. Didn't even announce for people to be careful. Are they in on it ? They gave me a receipt paper to fill out my information and just tossed it aside. Worst gym you can possibly sign up for.

This guy deserves less than a zero rate, he often put customers on hold for too long, poor customer service. Yelling at me, he was so rude, and he said an inappropriate word to me lol. He said he's the supervisor but he's not a professional

The entire experience has been awful. Amenities (spa, sauna, tanning, etc) are always closed due to repair. Machines options are limited which means availability is also an issue. Only one or two of the staff members are actually friendly everyone else seems bothered when you ask a question. I wish I'd never signed up. Stopped coming because of the regular issues. Trying to cancel my membership has been the most difficult part. I highly suggest reconsidering before signing a contract with them.

Came to check out this gym and only to find out they only have ONE bench press, ONE!! I'm not about to wait hrs for a bench press, every gym needs at least two. What a joke.

This location has progressively gotten worse over the years. Service is terrible, bathrooms are dirty and smell like mold, and the smoothie bar is a joke. Used to grab a smoothie here after every workout but the last few times my cup went missing, or was never even placed in the queue. Look elsewhere for a gym membership, Chuze sucks.

I love this gym I'm just not a big fan of the employees at this location, these people are super unprofessional, endorse the rules when it's convenient to them, and when they do enforce rules it's to an extreme that makes it feel personal. Like wtf, u need to feel big at work bc ur not big anywhere else. Chill at bro it's not that serious
