Was really happy with the gym and amenities. The thing I hate about this, and other companies like this, is cancelling. I moved and didn't have one of their gyms near by. Started the cancelation process shortly after the renewal and they made it difficult. Additional fees added on top of it all left me in a bad mood. Before this experience I would have referred anyone but now all I can say is BEWARE!

We strive to make our policy is really simple and transparent as we only require a written notice to be submitted at least 10 days prior to the next bill date. Members may do so in person or if they are not in the area they are welcome to email us their signed request by simply attaching the document. The gym was ok, however I stopped using the gym because I was not using it enough so I decided to cancel. Went to the La Mesa gym to cancel in person and was told my membership was cancelled and documented the fact on their computer. They said there would be another charge to my Card the following month because I cancelled in the middle of the cycle. However they kept charging to my card for two months after.
