Absolutely horrible gym, staff are very disrespectful and their managers are an absolute joke. Some of the staff are okay but the rest are just not good. Very unprofessional and super dirty, always something crazy happening and homeless people coming in to the gym constantly in which their management does nothing about. I do not recommend going in. The mission valley location is way nicer and they have a nice group of staff!
Great gym if you dont want to work out!! Way way to crowded! 5 pm you better have allot of friends working out there because all you can do Is socialize .... Then if you want out because you joined a gym That you really cant work out at there is a fee
I no longer feel comfortable welcomed or safe in this gym. I used to come to this gym a good number of times each week. Staff was cool and gym is clean. I also Loved my spin class. But a few days ago I check in with my barcode as usual . I start to walk upstairs then a staff member stops me to come rescan my code. No biggie. This location gets a zero. As of today I will never return to this ridiculously rude and harassing gym. Cancelling ASAP ! Even as an essential healthcare worker you are treated as if you are always doing something wrong. It is not a welcoming environment at all. Even with a simple exercise mat.... they will hawk you to put it back! Excuse me they get paid to clean!!!! Signed up for an upgraded membership and it was a total mistake, complete false advertisement. Every time I come here to new surprises of what I am not able to access. You have to make an appointment just to workout & the gym is still overcrowded. Courtney is wonderful to interact with and seems to be the only one working & smiling under her mask. Management should take notice of the employees they should be emulating.

Carlos the manger at the La Mesa location is such a Racist and Rude person. I just signed up as a premium member 3 weeks ago at this location and just canceled my membership tonight because of him. Every-time I go he stops me for a stupid reason or comes to me when I am exercising and says something and stops me and it's always him. F - the La Mesa location. Front desk male on Sunday 2/21/2021 was a jerk. First time to this location. I purchased a membership on the 16th the most expensive package and wanted to check out this location. Not only did he ruin my day but he ruined part of my Birthday weekend.

Just started going to this gym, and already twice I have had terrible experiences. The first time I made an appointment, only to get to the location to find out it was closed. Today I made an appointment for 630pm as per the app, I get there at 635pm and was told "by the way, you only have 25 minutes to work out before we close". These guys will rob you... Canceled my membership in April 2020 because of Covid. They kept right on billing me and then I called in September to have them shut it down and they kept right on billing me. It is now January 2021 and they are still billing me. Asked for a refund was told no way. They are CROOKS thats is all I can say. Stay away. Do not sign up.
