The gym is decent and clean. The reason I'm posting this review is because of the hours. They close at 8pm on the weekends and 9pm on fridays. I've seen multiple reviews with complaints about the hours. Because of this I'm planning to switch to Planet Fitness which is open 24 hours and is the same price as Chuze

Although this gym has nice added features including the hydro massage and class system, I wouldn't recommend it. Not only have I had numerous negative customer service experiences, but I've also been charged extra money on multiple occasions for late fees that were mistakes on their part. I recently was charged a cancellation fee for my membership because the guy told me that they don't assess the fee for any reason. I've moved 250 miles away and the contract says that they DO assess the fee when moving over 25 miles away. T... read more

This was the worst gym to ever go to. It's so small and the locker rooms are like a sauna I was sweating more after my workout then during it because it was so hot horrible I will never go back

Let me make this simple... 24 hour fitness super sport -sauna/steam room...smells and dirty -reusable rewashed towels and small towels (had stains and skin inflammation from them ) -pool dirty..they had signs regarding about diarrhea -broken machines -expensive ($40 a month, that military discount) Overall....sucks and terminated my membership Chuze Fitness -clean saunas and steam room..6 ppl max to avoid over crowdness which is nice -clean machines and new state of the art machines -gym classes of all kinds like les m... read more

Great manager, cleans everything himself, crowded during peak hours. One major problem music is complete garbage and that garbage blasts, you can't work out unless you bring your own high-powered headphones that would mute the crap they are playing. And you'll feel like a dick every time you ask them to change the station or make it lower (not that anyone is going to do anything about it). They conveniently don't tell you the free day 7 trial is only for residents of california at this location. When I downloaded the app, it did not say that was a requirement anywhere. Upon speaking to the person at the front desk after they ignored me and my friend for a few minutes, they told me in person when I gave them my ID. They find any and every reason to charge more than the $20 monthly fee. They have only taken $20 out of my account once. Every other charge was $39, $60, $30.... not at all what I signed up for and I'm stuck in a one year contract. If I want to cancel, I have to pay a $50 fee. It's ridiculous. Fuck Chuze!

I've been here for a few months now and this is my LEAST favorite Chuze that I have gone to. I only come here because it is the closest one to my house. Some of the staffs are nice, but majority of the time they do not even greet you and they are just on the computers acting like you are not there. The customer service at every other location (Santee, Mission Valley, and Chula Vista) is up to par because they are always on point with greeting you and making sure you feel welcome. Not coming back to these location. I always get a protein shake after my workout at the other locations (even when they are about to close) but they didn't want to sell it to me because the registers were already closed. I also work in customer service/retail. And I know you have to leave at least one register open until the last customer walks out other wise you are losing money. Lazy employees just want to go home early and they don't care about the customer.
