Poor customer service, this has to be by far the worst location I've been at. I've been a member for 5 years and was never treated more horribly than I was here at this location. Manager Tori is an awful manager, she would much rather see members cancel than to resolve a simple issue. Ive never wanted to cancel a membership more than I did that day. Which sucks because chuze is a great gym and I've loved my experiences at other locations. She should be removed.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this facility for a few reasons. The management has created a very unprofessional and rude culture. The customer service is awful! On several occasions I have been spoken to in a very unprofessional manner. Most recently I have been accused of something that is completely false. I have a gym membership at this gym and haven't been to it for a while to do a medical condition and called and wanted to be credited for since I wasn't able to go to the gym but was still paying I talked to a woman on the phone that said to send doctor note and they can reimburse/credit account . So I send doctor note and they talk about canceling my membership and not reimburse me . I didn't not tell them to close my account but to apply reimbursement to future months since doctor cleared me to do certain stuff at the gym.... read more

Staff not pleasant at all. Don't care to listen to what you have to say. All they do is just stand at the front and talk to each other. Not the best Chuze!

Terrible customer service. Wanted to try this gym with a 10 day pass as I had tried the RB gym before covid when I was working up there. Unfortunately they kept charging me despite my request to cancel. This gym wouldn't honor my ten day pass because it hadn't been like enough since they kept charging me for a membership I couldn't use during the pandemic. Prices have went up since then but same bad customer service.

Okay so I've officially decided to go to another gym ! They close at 7 pm on weekends! Tooooooo early !!!!!!! No way I need a place I can go to at 7 !! It's frekn too early to close hell no I'm done with this gym

Not a fan. Started coming into this location because it was closer to my work than my previous gym and have been met with nothing but disappointment. Staff were almost never friendly, machines always felt sticky and gross, and manager would walk around on their phone ignoring and almost pushing through people working out. I've been to other Chuze locations and always had a great experience but this one seems poorly managed or like the people running it just don't care. Choose any other location tbh. This gym is always crowded and the parking lot is horrendous to try and park in. At first I liked it because it was cheap & clean but it seems the staff is really letting things go. The staff stare you down while working out and are honestly extremely rude and somewhat hostile. Don't waste your time or money with this location. Poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and zero security. Managers set poor practice standards making it impossible to have a pleasant experience. Better off spending your money elsewhere.
