Nice and relaxing. The resort fees. I came here on the weekdays so the property is quiet, less smoking and less traffic.
Exceptional Gracias estos tres días fueron muy exelente todo bien gracias me gustaría volver todo está muy bien
Business response:
¡Agradecemos enormemente tus amables palabras, Valtierra! Nos alegra mucho que hayas disfrutado de estos tres días. ¡Esperamos verte de nuevo pronto!
High price for low grade hotel Smoke smell, noise from adjoining room and street, resort fee more than room rate. Good shower and water pressure, nice towels, large room
Exceptional My sister is handicapped, so it is very friendly to those with disabilities…
Business response:
So glad your sister felt welcomed, Maureen! Accessibility matters deeply to us. Thank you for sharing this — it truly means a lot.
It was Very Nice All the ice makers broken or empty had to go to the 19th floor for ice each day It was close to where I wanted to be

First week with new job The water took forever to warm up in the shower! Staff were responsive to resolve and I was most grateful Location and the cleanliness
Fun time. Worth the money A lot of walking to rooms Location
Business response:
Thanks, Anthony! We're so glad you had a fun time and felt it was worth it — that really means a lot to us! Sorry to hear the walk to the rooms was a bit of a stretch. We understand that can be tiring, especially after a full day of excitement. We hope that didn't take away too much from your overall experience, and we'd love to welcome you back again soon!
