Check-in was a little confusing for us because it is connected with other hotels, so we got lost for a second. The room was spacious. However, the bed and pillows were not comfortable in our opinion. The room stayed cool, which was nice. The hallways, elevators, and the lobby areas were hot and musty the whole time we were there. The elevators were not working and some of the escalators were out of order also. The parking garage was easily accessible, but the garage itself could use some love. Overall, our stay wasn't bad.
