Pleasant The walk to the room, when I shuttle was running is was so convenient and easy. The noise you could hear everything and I mean everything not only from the hall and the rooms next door but you could hear the people from doors down and across the hall. Definitely not a place to stay if you wanted any sleep but heck it's Reno right? The location was convenient. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Negatives outweighed the positives for this older, local couple, so we won’t be able to stay again. $20 cash required for valet parking, for a couple aged 78 & 67 years. We had to park in the garage, walk down stairs (elevator broken), cross the street and walk through valet station to the front desk. And we were staying IN the hotel! Made me wish I had NOT reserved the room so we could have just left.
