Our main reason for this vacation was for our kids to play games and they really enjoyed it All the housekeeper that came to our room during our 6 nights stay they doesn't speak English. It was hard to communicate with them since they does not speak English.

Pleasant The Skytower building only had 2 operating elevators during the busiest times of the year (holidays, cheer completion, 3 day weekend, and several other events in town) which made getting to and from your room nearly impossible. There were no ramps so patrons with luggage had to carry our luggage up and down flights of stairs. It was an overall second class citizen experience. The hotel staff were friendly

We had a nice time! The heater in our room was quite loud. An escalator was out of service the whole time we were there and that caused a lot of people to get lost on their way to their destinations. I’d like to see more “traffic” signs to help people get to their correct tower and parking garage! We were at the end of a hallway and we did not have lots of noise (except for the heater) Bed was comfortable.
