We were in town for the Great Balloon Race! I am not a smoker, so the smell of cigarettes in the lobby wasnt great. You can't really change that unless you implement a no smoking policy which would make a whole lot of people mad, but it wasnt what I liked. I loved the kids area

Had a great time... saw family and friends ..left with a wife The long walk to oir room ... the room was great we got a suite .... it was awesome!!! We went to reno to get married and had alot of family and friends ... me and my wife had 5 rooms we booked between us for different family. Everyone had nicr things to say and had a great trip. May i recommend the trams come back ... whemu are using a cane ..that is a long walk to the other tower....

Average Upgraded offered to me was very poor quality with A/C and TV not working and engineer took hours to arrive. Check-in/out efficient.
