Was nice room but other issues. There was no elevator to carry all the bags i had to take 2 sets of stairs because we were in the sky tower, from the hotel lobby to the rooms. ... (Their was an elevator to the rooms)I feel like more sings are needed too, kept getting lost. Was very frustrating. Room was nice and clean
