Best ever highly recommend There's nothing that we did not like It was an awesome time me and my husband both loved it The staff was amazing The room is impeccable was so clean and so comfortable and relaxing the view was breathtaking

Exceptional I didn’t use all of the facilities, but everything I needed was more than enough. I had no complaints at all. When the coffee machine wasn’t working, it was quickly replaced. Any problems are solved right away, and the staff truly enjoy their work. That makes the stay even better. Pleasant Lack of ramps to the rooms. Slots were not very "giving." We ended gambling fast because of it. Not enough signs to show us directions. Food was fair at the restaurant but very costly. The room was decent and clean. But getting to the room sucked with all the stairs and no ramps. Was very difficult maneuvering with my luggage. I'm elderly with a bad back. Check in was crazy. The app wasn't working for me to do it before we got there.

Good If you are given a room at the sky tower, it is a nightmare especially moving with luggage, having to cross long hallways and especially going down and up stairs. It is not clear how a casino doesn't make a minimal investment to at least put ramps on which to pass with trolleys
