So-so experience at Circus Circus. Visited Reno after many years and for the Jam it Up basketball tournament during Memorial Day weekend. Staff - Robotic at check-in and did not bother to tell us anything about the hotel's amenities and just where the elevators to our room were. Also, called for housekeeping after 2 nights and it took 3 calls and finally someone showed up at 10pm to clean our room (we followed the process of calling in for our room to be made). We’ve stayed here multiple times for sports tournaments and even just for little family getaways, and my kids never get tired of this place. We had originally booked somewhere else this past weekend, but at the last minute the kids wanted to switch back here because they love it so much. The hotel showed sold out on their website, but thankfully we were able to find availability through Expedia.
