Love living here Moved here mid-Feb and absolutely love our new home! The vaulted ceilings are incredible, the fireplace is so cozy in the colder months, the clubhouse is gorgeous and my son LOVES the indoor and outdoor pools. I love the smart lock on the door too so we can access our home with just a code. Great location and the school bus drives right through the community and picks up my son so easy pick up and drop off - community is located in the Walled Lake School District, which we really like. Verified Renter Everything is good, except encountered mice within first 2 weeks after moving in. The pest control did come in and put traps. Also, other than non stainless steel appliances, had to replace kitchen faucet on my own as the one available was spraying water all over.

Verified Renter Move-in was slightly delayed but accommodating. Appliances were mostly in good condition, except some were a little older. The staff was very helpful in terms of facilitating the move-in.

Verified Renter I like living here my apartment location but I'm not satisfied with the process updating appliances. . My stove and refrigerator it's about time for new one. My bathroom cabinet/sink need updating. Other than that I would be totally content. I have lived in nice places all my life so I'm accustomed to how things should be.

Neal and his team took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable and secure. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Very quiet peaceful community.
