Everything about Miguel (I believe his name is) absolutely rocks.. even the design on his face mask rocks. It's a bit strange to have a curbside service for a nail trim, but I have to say it was pretty darn convenient. Miguel came out while we were still on the phone and my dog was done in minutes. Will be back - thanks for making my dogs day great. Also has great early morning hours
I honestly have no words for what Miguel has done for this place since he started at the LoDo location. You can tell he truly cares about each and every dog and person. He has completely organized the entire place. Not to mention he always has a smile on his face, you can certainly tell he loves his job!! This place is amazing! Our whole family takes our dogs here and we always trust City Bark to keep them safe and having fun while we are away! The staff is amazing and Miguel the GM is so great and knowledgeable about each pup that comes in!! Added is a pic of our pup after being all played out after a weekend stay! She loves it!
I've taken my dog here for the past 2.5 years. Every person I've encountered appears to truly love dogs and care about the success and happiness of your dog at their facility. I've heard them provide feedback and tips to owners on how to help dogs be more successful in that type of setting as well as share love and praise for how a dog did that day. This was our first experience with doggy day care and I couldn't be happier. Our boy is 1.5 years old and part boxer so he has a ton of energy. With us both working it's great to have a safe place he can be all day to hang out with his doggie friends. The staff is absolutely wonderful and let us know what kind of day he had when we pick him up. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you City Bark!!!
We love CB! It's a great location to drop our dog on the way out of town - either to DIA or up I-70 to the mountains. It's huge and has such a cool outdoor space for the dogs to run around and even swim! The staff is super nice and they take great care of all the dogs. After some research, we found that their daycare and boarding prices are fair and even comparable to other places. But we think CB has more bang for our buck AND our sweet boy loves it! The customer service here in my opinion is unbelievably outstanding. My dog is an adopted adult dog and was not well socialized when he first came home. He really struggled with daycare initially and the staff was upfront, optimistic, but also realistic that doggy day care may not be the best fit for him. Nobody loves your little furry friend more than you... except for these fine folks here at City Bark Lodo! I started taking my little girl here when she was just a puppy. She was born deaf and I am big papa bear overly protective of her! They treat her like their own! She gets excited when she sees we are driving there and always has a big lick for all the employees. I can't say enough great things about this place! I've been taking my dog to the Lodo location for 2 years and every time we pull into the parking lot, he can't wait to go play. He comes home exhausted every time and it makes me so happy that he had such a good time playing with the dogs and staff.
