Traveling across the country with our pup, CA to NY, I think we all needed a break by the time we hit Denver. City Bark was there for us, welcoming our baby girl in for an overnight stay and daylong experience playing on the grounds (i.e. indoor play area, outdoor rock structures, and pool). City Bark was very professional and mindful of their resident dogs, prior to accepting our CA pup; intake included paperwork from me (i.e. waivers, proof of vaccinations), tour, and behavioral test with our dog). I felt confident and co... read more
My dog really does love it here, and while the staff is extremely friendly and service is great, I am trying out other places in the area because I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth. My dog plays a ton and is always pooped after coming here, which I love, but he always smells absolutely terrible when I pick him up. It's as if he's playing and rolling in pee all day. I even complained about it in person (they told me I could pay for a bath) and complained in a customer survey asking them to contact me about my conce... read more
We recently started taking our 4 month old to City Bark and I couldn't be more impressed. There was a small incident between my dog and another dog that resulted in my puppy getting a cut on his ear. The way the staff handled the situation was amazing. They called and explained what happened and when I picked him up 2 staff members filled me in on all the details. They were so kind and genuinely cared. Two days later another staff member called to follow and check on his ear. They expressed genuine concern over a minor injur... read more
I take my 9lb wonder mutt here 3 times a week when I am in Denver. She loves coming here just as much as her insanely expensive Manhattan dog day care. Gold standard care without the gold price tag! The staff all greet her warmly and can't help hugging her as much as I do. She's worn out at the end of the day, fed, and happy. A perfect puppy playground.
We leave our dog here for all of our weekend getaways and trips out of town. We never have to worry about him! As a 2 year old golden, he has a lot of energy, and this place has become his haven! Between the interactions with other dogs and the water, he sleeps for days when we first pick him up! Highly recommend this place. Facilities are clean, staff is friendly, and there's even an option to watch your dogs from one of the many webcams in the building!
We came to City Bark after some concerning issues with U Lucky Dog. As far as daycare goes, CB is definitely expensive, but may be worth the price. Pros: there is a limit on how many dogs one supervisor will watch vs. having one person in a room of 30 dogs. Pool (life vests and all!) is a nice touch even though my dog only drinks the water and won't go in, outdoor mountain playground is a hit, and the staff seems genuinely nice. Everyone seems to know my dogs name which is stand up customer service. Cons: expensive, the ... read more
I've been taking my dog to City Bark for at least a year and overall im pretty pleased. However, the last 2 times i have picked up my dog, it took at least 5 minutes. This last time, it was more important for the attendant to chat with the customer ahead of me and leave me waiting than to go get my dog. if this policy continues, i will change my doggy day care provider.
My dog loves this place. What's more to say? He's so excited when he arrives each time we board him, and he's exhausted when we bring him home. The employees are super friendly and are always interacting with the doggies whenever we check out the web cam.
I tried a couple doggie daycares before bringing my pup here. I love it, the first time I came in staff took the time to take me on a tour of the facility (none of the others I visited did the same), they also use the "nothing is free" method so it helps to reinforce training at home and good behavior. The staff are wonderful and always remember my dog. She comes home happy and exhausted!
