My 2 dogs LOVE Citybark. The staff is very friendly and based on how crazy happy they are when we drive up--it would appear they love going there to hang out. We use the camp side for a full day every week--they are exhausted when I pick them up. I recommend this place!
From the minute I walked in with my dog we were treated so well and given a great tour of the facility. All of the people that work at city bark lodo are very nice and my dog loves them! I love being able to check up on my dog throughout the day with their online cameras. I often see the employees petting and playing with all dogs unlike other doggie daycare employees that don't interact with the dogs at all. We have taking our Golden Retriever here for about a year and he loves it. About once or twice a week, he spends the entire day to get out some energy. As soon as we are in sight of the store, he starts getting excited. Everyone there knows him by name, and are very friendly to him. His favorite is the doggy pool in the summer. He is exhausted for the next couple of days!!!!!
I love City Bark! I can't say enough good things about the fabulous staff. They (Damien) saved my dog Baxter's life when he suffered from bloat while there. If they hadn't been so in tune with him and what was going on he wouldn't have made it. A few months after recovering from surgery for bloat Baxter was diagnosed with cancer. Bax was still able to go to City Bark some in that year of his life and everyone there was so wonderful to him (and me). Love City Bark. My dog has been going to City Bark Lodo for almost 3 years and I'm always amazed at the consistency of the care and attention that he receives. The staff is great--very friendly and helpful. They know my dog well and treat him gently and affectionately. The facilities are very nice, it's awesome that he gets to play outside almost every day while I'm at work--I wish my job had a climbing mountain and swimming pool!!! This place is wonderful! Great, dedicated staff and an amazing facility. I adopted a 1 year old rescue dog who I wanted to get socialized and needs a lot of exercise, so I began to bring her to City Bark LoDo. The first time I brought her I didn't know how she would react, but ever since the first day she perks up each time I pull into the driveway. City Bark is amazing...they love my crazy dog and open him with open arms every time I come in. They have multiple indoor rooms, a pool, outdoor area and mountain for the pups to play on all day. They make sure the right personalities are in the right groups together and truly loves dogs. I love this place! I have been taking my 3 year old Golden Retriever Angus here since he was a puppy, and I am a regular customer. The staff is friendly, the facility has a great variety of play areas, and the hours are great. They even have half day options and are always accommodating. The highlight of Angus's week is his time at City Bark LoDo, and he's always worn out. It's money well spent. I highly recommend City Bark LoDo.
We love these guys! We had left over days we paid for before our bubba Phillip passed away and decided to use them for our new flying Monkies Paco and Winston. By the end of the first day they remembered their names, and even though we only come in once a week, they great the boys by name. They're super awesome folks, and clearly really care about dogs.
