I love this place, the facility is amazing and my dog literally SPRINTS in every time we arrive. I will say that the majority of the staff is VERY nice and make an effort to be very friendly, there are a few who can sometimes be rude. A few times that i have gone to pick up my dog one of the employees has complained that my dog was difficult that day. There is a reason I pay a lot of money to bring my dog to day care, and I don't care to hear the staff complain that their day was difficult...perhaps they need a different ... read more

After having what was an unpleasant grooming experience with my 6 month old puppy, all unpleasantness was relieved with more than stellar customer service only a couple of days later - I was contacted by both a manager and owner who both did everything they could to assure that they valued my (and my dog's!) business. Awesome! Despite not getting what we wanted on the grooming front, we will be going back to City Bark in the future, it's a real neighborhood kind of place :)

The facility is pretty amazing but I was really turned off by the service I received when I picked up my dog at the end of the day - girl just wasn't very helpful and seemed irritated. If that's how you treat me, how do you treat my dog?

City Bark LoDo is the best doggie daycare in town! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and most of all my dog Zeus(boston terrier) loves his friends there. Nicole the owner is very knowledgeable and even got Zeus to be a better behaved dog. If you have not tried it out you should! Meg Byrne

**Grooming Review** I saw the grooming review posted on this site on 3/1/2010 and felt the need to share my own experiences with the groomer at City Bark Lodo. Unlike the unhappy poster in March I have been overall very satisfied with the grooming I've had done on my two dogs at City Bark Lodo. Although the groomer could work on her timeliness as she has been tardy on occasion the quality of her work is always comparable to her colleagues in the field while priced considerably lower than others I have seen. Fabulous, Amazing and Friendly. My pooch CANT WAIT to be dropped off here. He loves to swim in the pool and it's nice to be able to check him out from time to time on the doggie cam. Very friendly employees.

So awesome! Let me just say, as many dog parents say, my dogs are like kids to me. Both of our Coon hounds are from DDFL & they are so sweet and wonderful...to us. Bella is our black & tan Coon hound. I honestly don't think anyone else would have adopted her. We have had her for three years now, and, she never really stops baying. Okay, when she sleeps, yes. Daisy is always really tired and happy when I pick her up after a weekend at City Bark. I never worry about her when I have to go out of town. The only thing I wish that they would change is the fact that they are only open from 5-7 on Sunday for pooch pickups. I like the fact that they have a indoor/outdoor mixed play area. That gives the dogs variety.

City Bark has to the the best doggie day care facility in Denver. I have been taking Sebastian the 200 lbs Mastiff here for 4plus years now. The caretakers are second to none. The facilities are not like iron cages but warm comfortable suites. Sebastian Loves the airconditioning in the summer and the afternoon swims in the pool. Sebastian has also told me that the dog park rocks and has so many obstacles to play on. All the dogs get along mavelously.
