UPDATE: 6-25-2018 I've canceled this service, and dropped the 5 stars to 2. At the time of my first review below, it was called "Simple Pest Solutions" and now I see a different company name on my review (meant for "Simple"). Maybe they are the same people, different name, or they sold their business and new people are piggy-backing on Simple's Yelp reviews.
