DO NOT CALL FOR THEIR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT DEAD PLANTS AND STILL SEE PESTS EVERYWHERE! I never write reviews but this company really did it for me. My husband requested services for ants but we still continue to see ants everywhere and now their chemicals are killing my plants! Not only did they not fix the ant issue but they also did not want to refund us after killing our plants and still seeing ants everywhere. They just took our money and basically laughed at us. stay away from this company!!! i paid for mosquito services which did not work and they wanted to charge me for additional services that do not work to begin with! make it make sense!
So we had them all the way back when they were simple pest. Since becoming clark Service and billing have been an issue and we had to get service restarted due to a billing issue on their end they waived their start up fee. Very sad that a competitor fixed a rodent issue in 3 days when I couldn't even get a call back. When they did finally call and came out they said the seal kn the garage needed changing. And they could do it for $1204. The part cost $38. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else
Clark's Pest Control - Riverside location- don't hire this company- I tried to discontinue my service due to the unprofessional service- only a Supervisor can discontinue your service and they don't call back or email you but lie about it- they entered into my account they called me and I never got a phone call- voicemail or email- what kind of service is this- do yourself a favor and don't hire them- you'll regret it
I left them for another pest company and I've had nothing but a billing nightmare ever since. I have texted and called and emailed I sent pictures of tech checks that I have written and they keep sending me bills and now they want to send me to a collection agency, why they didn't cash the check I have no idea. I have asked to speak to the billing department. I haven't been told that they have no direct number to call and no one to speak to. We used to be customers of NexGen but ever since Clark acquired NexGen, service has gone down significantly- namely customer service as well as communication. Same as the other bad reviews, alert without time window and doesn't respond to text message, does not show up on the alert date but then randomly show up 10 days later without any notification and couldn't access the back. Have cancelled account.
I had an appointment for them to show up between 1-5. Never showed up. Called three times, spoke to someone who said she would contact driver. Never heard back. Waited all day with a week old baby ready to leave for three hours after spraying. Sent an email next day. Two days later and still can't get through to a human who can help. No excuses or apologies. Awful customer service. I might consider a locally owned company who may still care about customers.
The previous company Xcel pest control was great until they were bought out by Clark pest control. Since the transition, we have had numerous problems. It took them 3 services (6 months) to activate our notifications on when they were coming next. I had to tell them each time and their lack of follow through was ridiculous.
