Good people. Promp and courteous. Does the job correctly.
They are buying small pest companies and running a scam with patrons that cancel their service. I have reported them to the federal trade commission, the BBB, and California department of justice office. They are sending false billing, and making it impossible to contact them to dispute the charges. Not only is our property not accessible without calling us, but we have camera footage of the day they claimed service was rendered and they were never on our property. I paid an initial fee of $150 in June 2025 to start a monthly service to rid my yard of a couple gophers. They arrived and set a few traps. After 2 weeks the problem seemed to have been taken care of, I waited another week and called to cancel 20 days after my initial payment. They charged my credit card that same day for another monthly service of $125. I tried calling 2 times to talk to someone about this and to get the charge canceled. DO NOT CALL FOR THEIR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT DEAD PLANTS AND STILL SEE PESTS EVERYWHERE! I never write reviews but this company really did it for me. My husband requested services for ants but we still continue to see ants everywhere and now their chemicals are killing my plants! Not only did they not fix the ant issue but they also did not want to refund us after killing our plants and still seeing ants everywhere. They just took our money and basically laughed at us. stay away from this company!!! i paid for mosquito services which did not work and they wanted to charge me for additional services that do not work to begin with! make it make sense!
So we had them all the way back when they were simple pest. Since becoming clark Service and billing have been an issue and we had to get service restarted due to a billing issue on their end they waived their start up fee. Recently we noticed ants and spiders outdoors and inside. My wife but in a request for service on monday June 10 through their online portal. Very sad that a competitor fixed a rodent issue in 3 days when I couldn't even get a call back. When they did finally call and came out they said the seal kn the garage needed changing. And they could do it for $1204. The part cost $38. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else
Clark's Pest Control - Riverside location- don't hire this company- I tried to discontinue my service due to the unprofessional service- only a Supervisor can discontinue your service and they don't call back or email you but lie about it- they entered into my account they called me and I never got a phone call- voicemail or email- what kind of service is this- do yourself a favor and don't hire them- you'll regret it
