Friendly efficient service.
The service man did a good when he was there but no one contacted us 24 hours or 48 hours in advance like they were supposed to so he had to come back twice to get the job done. This problem has occurred previously and we have called the office and notified them and apparently they didn't change anything

job is always good. Your people are through, and do the job that is expected of them. What i would like to see is going above and beyond what is norm. I have a couple of patio chairs that have webs under them and knew that they had spiders. I would knock the webs down and they would be back the next day. I was IMPRESSED by the representative who visited us last time, he knew the spiders under the furniture were brown widows, and promptly sprayed them. This time they just showed up with no anowsment, usually I will get a call or email a couple of days ahead of time (it wasn't my regular guy Chris).
