Needed a Termite Report to complete a Refinance of home. First they told the lender the Report would be $45. When I called to schedule appointment they said that all VA loan Termite Reports are $75. Since when does a company charge veterans MORE MONEY? The Termite Inspection went well. The Technician was knowledgeable and on time. I was using Simple Pest Control initially. When I used simple Pest Control, they would text my wife and I a week in advance to let us know when they would be arriving at our house: When Clark took over, they just showed up at the house. No prior notification, no notice at all. This past week, my wife had to call to find out when they would be coming. Tries to Create Issues that are not there to bill you for more work: Chris came out to do a termite inspection for the sale of our house in Murrieta, CA. When finished, he indicated that the toilet bowl in one of the bathrooms was not completely secured to the floor and needed to be repaired before a clear was issued. He quoted at $450 for repair and we made appointment for following day. He then moved on to another home inspection. To anyone buying or selling a home and need the termite inspection to please be aware!! I was in the middle of selling my home and had to get a termite inspection. All came back clear except for the fact a toilet upstairs was supposedly loose on the base where it meets the floor. Despite no water leaks or signs I was advised my toilet needed to be pulled up to verify there was no leakage / water damage to clear my report and it would cost $400. Business practices that resemble organized crime tactics! What kind of company goes to people's houses unsolicited, allegedly performs services and then sends them a bill? They show up unannounced at my house in the middle of the week while I was at work and left a business card followed by a bill. I didn't know this company even existed. Had hired simple pest solutions when I lived in San Jacinto. Then I moved and called to notify them. Was told they didn't cover the area I was moving to and to not worry about it. Start going over my credit a few years down the road and for some reason I have multiple collection companies with different amounts hitting my credit when I've only ever had one account ever with this company. Shady and fraudulent. Steer clear

I've been a client for about 2 years, and everything was ok. They charged $29 every month, but they only came out to service every 3 months, so the rate was $58 per service. I had the occasional ants and roaches with service, and of course they do not do gopher service or anything. I asked them to always call 30 mins before hand so we could secure our dogs. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want actual customer service. You wait longer for them to show up than the service. They mislead and outright lie to you on services covered and if you cancel, you WILL get charged even though they tell you otherwise. The free first service all the sudden counts as a charged service at the end of the day. They say customers are important, but it is lip service.

You never know if they are going to even show up on your scheduled appointment day. Spent more then a few days waiting ending in a no show. No call , no email. Half the time they did show I doubt they even sprayed. Finally canceled my contract with them. Had enough.
