Communication needs to improve. If a client calls in requesting for a tech to call and give her an hour window that they will be there, the tech could call. Then if the tech doesn't call, and the client calls to ask why the tech didn't call and the office states a supervisor will call you back, the supervisor should call back. It has been twice in a month that I have requested service for the same issue...which it has not been resolved
Today I had the outside of my home serviced. I left my gate unlocked in case I was not able to be home. I heard the technician outside my window and I heard SOME cleaning of the spider webs under the eaves. Not much later the technician was gone. Did that person even spray for bugs? I didn't hear ANYTHING in the backyard, and if that person DID spray, where are the wet trails and why is the pet water bowl still full. IF that person sprayed, then he/she should have dumped the water out of the bowl in case of some spray... read more
Very consciousious service... They take care to knock down all spider webs and wasp nests. Are very through with spraying I have had no ants in the house since I started using them 3 years ago!
Your customer service sucks since being taken over by Clark! You continue to show up to do my service with NO APPOINTMENT. I used to get an e-mail or phone call prior. I have repeatedly complained about this before, but everyone says your new system does not allow this. I'm going to cancel my service if this can't be resolved. You don’t let me know when you are coming to spray anymore!! I Have yo know. I have a handicap husband and I need to be here to let you in the back. So if you sprayed you never get the backyard unless someone is home! So when are you coming? I haven’t seen you yet. Not happy
