I left them for another pest company and I've had nothing but a billing nightmare ever since. I have texted and called and emailed I sent pictures of tech checks that I have written and they keep sending me bills and now they want to send me to a collection agency, why they didn't cash the check I have no idea. I have asked to speak to the billing department. I haven't been told that they have no direct number to call and no one to speak to. We used to be customers of NexGen but ever since Clark acquired NexGen, service has gone down significantly- namely customer service as well as communication. Same as the other bad reviews, alert without time window and doesn't respond to text message, does not show up on the alert date but then randomly show up 10 days later without any notification and couldn't access the back. Have cancelled account.

I had an appointment for them to show up between 1-5. Never showed up. Called three times, spoke to someone who said she would contact driver. Never heard back. Waited all day with a week old baby ready to leave for three hours after spraying. Sent an email next day. Two days later and still can't get through to a human who can help. No excuses or apologies. Awful customer service. I might consider a locally owned company who may still care about customers.

The previous company Xcel pest control was great until they were bought out by Clark pest control. Since the transition, we have had numerous problems. It took them 3 services (6 months) to activate our notifications on when they were coming next. I had to tell them each time and their lack of follow through was ridiculous. Clark pest control bought out the previous pest company I used. I never had any serious bug issues but as soon as they too over I started seeing bugs everywhere. They never call or text before arrival. I have lived in the house 6 years and after starting their service I started seeing bugs I have never seen in my home. Called them back multiple times and bugs only got worse.

Get no feedback never let me know what time they be here I got animals and I talked to a lady on the phone was very rude to me. This is the last time I'm using them I'm already hire somebody else. Craig and Sons Oh after I cancel they had somebody here within 15 minutes. They Couldn't give me a time until I canceled. Worst business I ever dealt with

Me and my family moved into our new home last year and as new owners we were visited by a Clarke Pest representative. During our initial conversation the representative advised us that we would be treated every other month and charged only $100 every other month. Since it has almost been 1 year we have had issues as of our 3rd month. Not sure what happened to this company after this new management take over but they will reschedule you without any notification and have the technician start trespassing your home without any knowledge. I only know this because my outdoor security cameras were going off!! They use to be more courteous but with the new management, they have become more aggressive and pricey. I don't use Clark pest control- this is a comment on their attempt at recruiting business. Kid comes to my door and wants me to switch pest companies- mind you my toddler and my dog are going nuts on the inside of the door and he's rattling on about plans and coverage areas.
