Me and my family moved into our new home last year and as new owners we were visited by a Clarke Pest representative. During our initial conversation the representative advised us that we would be treated every other month and charged only $100 every other month. Since it has almost been 1 year we have had issues as of our 3rd month. Not sure what happened to this company after this new management take over but they will reschedule you without any notification and have the technician start trespassing your home without any knowledge. I only know this because my outdoor security cameras were going off!! They use to be more courteous but with the new management, they have become more aggressive and pricey. I don't use Clark pest control- this is a comment on their attempt at recruiting business. Kid comes to my door and wants me to switch pest companies- mind you my toddler and my dog are going nuts on the inside of the door and he's rattling on about plans and coverage areas. He asked what all Taex covers and I said, "my husband set up the account I don't know the particulars off hand." He replies, yeah most wives don't know what's going on anyway." TERRIBLE SERVICE!! First off, we live in a new construction home and something managed to get in our attic during the building process. *cue Clark's pest control*. An older gentleman came to the house, did a half assed inspection and was advised of our dilemma. His response "oh yea, we can definitely take care of the rodent in your attic". I cannot believe how many times I no longer want Clark Pest Control service. We had Cliff's Pest Control for 30 years and when Cliffs sold I was billed for services I did not receive. I contacted the Lodi location and heard nothing. After two months, I contacted the Riverside location and said I wanted my service cancelled because of poor customer service. Supposedly it was cancelled and then a person comes to spray my house. My daughter didn't know about the cancellation so she let him spray. I called Lodi again, said I wou... read more

Not sure what happened but I called to cancel service. I wrote a note in my last check stating I no longer needed their service, and they cashed my check so I can only assume they read the note. The employee came to my door this morning to spray. So I am not sure what I have to do??!. Lack of communication ? They never answered my question.

This company took over for Cliffs Pest Control. We had our service with them for TEN YEARS! Now that we've moved and want to continue our service, they will not transfer the account or honor our long history as a customer. We would have to pay another fee to initiate the service and start over. Cliff's was an honest company with morals and customer service. Clark Pest Control, you should be ashamed. Recently started services with Clark PC and was told that the initial service would be followed up with another spraying the following month and thereafter it would be every other month. I was NOT told that I would be charged for the follow up service the very next month!! Wish I could give them 0 stars. They suck. Liked it better when it was Simple Pest. All the good techs are gone. They are unreliable and don't know how to communicate. You get a call from the tech the night before(I'm sure that's the only time they have to reach out)... Do you guys not have office staff that can call during the day?
