I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want actual customer service. You wait longer for them to show up than the service. They mislead and outright lie to you on services covered and if you cancel, you WILL get charged even though they tell you otherwise. The free first service all the sudden counts as a charged service at the end of the day. They say customers are important, but it is lip service.

You never know if they are going to even show up on your scheduled appointment day. Spent more then a few days waiting ending in a no show. No call , no email. Half the time they did show I doubt they even sprayed. Finally canceled my contract with them. Had enough.

if you want to go with a company that writes bogus statements on the fly to punish a loyal customer when one becomes fed up with their little unprofessional corporate office, go ahead. hire at your own risk. cross them further, and they'll send you to collections. FOLLOW UP 9.21.16 So after making an attempt to correct this company's over charges and collection attempts, I have received NO response via email. So, your apologies are as fake as your business practices.

Criminal business practices to say the least. They never show up when they say, therefore they come and only do half the service and charge full price. I told them time and time again to call to schedule. They never did and say they showed up, i doubt it, and could not get in the yard. For the whole contract time I only received partial service. DO NOT HIRE THESE THEIVES.

This company is a huge ripoff! They sprayed my house twice for an ant problem. Both times, I had to have them come back the next day. Both times, I ended up spraying my house with what I had been using, because their spraying started a huge march INTO my house. That had not been a problem before. Only the outside was a problem. These people are thieves!! Do not do business with them. NOT worth the headache. Only treatment they did was spray and did not help any of the ant problems. Not to mention they sent me to collections for a bill I had no idea existed!!! Its been a nightmare over a $25 bill, that if I had a clue existed would have paid it. They are just flat out crooks. Claiming it went up to over $100 now. I only saw them spray 1x however I paid for 3 months

By far the worst experience in my life I hired these guys for a minor problem that became my worst fear they have came so many times to my house to spray and none of their treatment has worked their so call specialist don't even specialize in the most common bugs like really. Stay away from this company! I called their office and spoke to a supervisor to cancel my service. I made sure no money was owed to them before hanging up. A few months later they started showing up at my house when no one was home and supposedly sprayed. They left me the bill at the door. I called the office and asked why they strarted spraying my house again since i had canceled months before. They said i had only requested to cancel for a few months! REALLY?? They're crooks. They won't call when they're coming to spray, say they sprayed and then charge you. And when you cancel your contract, they'll charge you a fee and then keep charging you for sprays (even though you asked them to stop). Oh yeah, and none of the work they did helped with our pest problems. And when I tried to straighten things out with the supervisor, he was never there, never called me back and their staff was evasive. Stay away from these guys.
