I really liked you letting the customer know the day you coming perform the service and allowing us to let you know if any other service needs to be done while they are here.
I appreciate that I brought up a concern I had with specific pests and they addressed the issue right away.
No bugs in sight, but would liked to be notified at least in a week in advance on upcoming services.
We love the service because we don't have the problems we were having before with spiders and the big water bugs. We did have a problem once with the water bugs coming between the service, but we called and you came out and took care of it.
Christian is the most polite person I’ve come across in customer service. I genuinely enjoy talking with him every time he comes out. Every time I have called customer service they are always extremely helpful and polite as well. All around Clark’s employees seem to be happy because they are always so nice!
We are usually contacted before the service date. Service person lets us know he is on the premises and what he will be doing, gives precautions if necessary. Thanks for the good work.
