I like their service I just hate it when they send you a message or email at 5pm saying they are showing up the next day not even a 24 hr notice I like being home when they come and my side gate is lock so idky why schedule and no one is going to be home cz idk what are they spraying when they can't get to the back yard or side.

Simple Pest Solutions is AMAZING! They have been my pest control company for the past 3 years now. I didn't really think to leave a review for them until now, because I have become so accustomed to living a "Simple" life without any major bug problems. 2 years ago, I had ants inside my house and I couldn't get rid of them. I was referred by a co-worker and they showed up right away. They explained the contract and I agreed to give it a try for one year. It took three indoor treatments because those ants relocated to my bathroom. I've been so happy with their service and their techs are very polite. When I call, they'll send the technician the next day. Also, I had some mice last winter and they trapped them for me. The BEST. We had a major rat infestation. We went through several pest control companies and they were a joke. They examined the droppings, set traps, and went on their merry way with a large bill. traps. We had no luck trapping anything. Then we called Simple. Their rodent specialist Corey was AMAZING. I paid an initial fee of $150 in June 2025 to start a monthly service to rid my yard of a couple gophers. They arrived and set a few traps. After 2 weeks the problem seemed to have been taken care of, I waited another week and called to cancel 20 days after my initial payment. They charged my credit card that same day for another monthly service of $125. I tried calling 2 times to talk to someone about this and to get the charge canceled. stay away from this company!!! i paid for mosquito services which did not work and they wanted to charge me for additional services that do not work to begin with! make it make sense!
