Claudio and his team where excellent during the whole process. Their patience to explain my options and how the loan process worked gave me such a peace of mind. Constant communication and his availability to answer questions at any time was superb. After my initial conversation with Claudio, I knew he meant business and motivated me to stick with him. I am very glad I did. Would definitely recommend Claudio and his team.

Claudio was very professional & helpful throughout the purchase. He was always available to talk through what everything meant. He also pre-underwrote us so there was very little confusion later or hasal later in the process. I would highly recommend him.

Claudio and his team are awesome!! This was a very tough loan to do because I'm self employed and considered an independent contractor. Claudio and his team will explore every option to help you even when the numbers aren't working and it doesn't look like he can help you. They never gave up and Claudio and his team were able to make it happen for me. If it wasn't for him and his team I would have lost my house and would have had to sell it. Claudio and his team went above and beyond during our loan process. They kept professional composure during a last minute curveball. Claudio even took my call on July 4th while he was at a family party; the guy never stops working for his clients. We will call him again for sure.

We are so grateful to have been put in touch with Claudio and his team. Before working with him, we had been working with A big name bank. That may have ended up working out but we were happy to not be working with them anymore. We could speak directly to Claudio, something you can't do with gigantic lenders. I thought Claudio and his team did an excellent job for us. We experienced three different lenders during this process and Claudio significantly out performed the others. He is professional, responds promptly, gets to the point, explains terms and/or why the lending industry does what it does. He has put together a polished process that allowed us to feel confident we were going to get the financing needed for our new home. I would work with Claudio and his team again without hesitation.
