I can't say enough about how excellent Claudio and his team are. Claudio, Nicole and Maria are and absolute pleasure to work with. They helped me every step of the way. They will be there to help guide you and answer any questions you might have. Very thorough in explaining the process and very attentive to your needs and inquiries. I could not have asked for a better team than Claudio, Nicole and Maria.
As first time home buyers, Claudio was always there to answer our questions and explain everything. He made us feel comfortable and confident with buying our first home. Anytime I felt confused or unsure of something he went through everything in detail until I felt comfortable. He was wonderful to work with.

Claudio and his team make you feel like long time friends. They help you out with all the things you don't understand. They go to bat for you when needed. Plus Claudio personally showed up at the closing to make sure that everything went smoothly. They made me feel like more than just a pay check. They really cared that I was happy when all was said and done. I couldn't see going to any other lender for future endeavors. They made me a life long customer.
Claudio was excellent at explaining all of the crazy requests that came through. When I had that look of "what"? , he went straight to the point of what and why these items were needed.
Claudio was outstanding to work with. He kept open lines of communication throughout the process, always provided quick, easy to understand answers to questions, and he delivered above and beyond on all of his promises. From this point forward, we will use Claudio for any of our mortgage needs. He really is a tremendous adviser.
