Claudio was wonderful throughout the entire process! He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always answered any question I had with patience and clarity. I had a unique situation going into it but he guided us through it without a hitch. I would recommend him over any big bank lender.

Claudio was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions and various times and he answered them all instantly. I always felt assured that he was leading me in the right direction, even if I didn't understand it at the time. I really appreciate all the hard work he did for me, my wife and our son.
We had met Claudio a few years ago when my sister bought her house and we knew right away he was the person we needed when we purchased our home. He made the whole process of borrowing funds fast and easy to understand. We close today (6week closing) and by the time we signed the paperwork he had already finished his side with the funds so we didn't have to wait on anything!
Claudio was extremely helpful and responsive through the entire process. As a first time home buyer it was a great stress relief to know that we could call Claudio at anytime with any questions we might have and get an honest answer. With his help everything went very smoothly and we are so happy with the experience.

Claudio is great!! He helped me and my husband with everything that we needed to buy our house, made everything easy for us and had all kind of papers that we needed ready to have our closing fast. I called around to a few mortgage brokers when my wife and I were trying to secure a loan for a house. Claudio would was by far the best and it wasn't even close.
