He always was there to answer, clarify and assure you of the process and his staff is well equipped to handle any questions or concerns. He took the time to explain the whole process and walked me through it step by step and he was tireless in keeping everything on track. I would Highly recommend Claudio to anyone. While I had previously bought a condo 5 years ago, my husband and I were in the process of buying our first home together and had no idea what we were doing. Claudio and his staff were wonderful to work with! They sat us down, or called us up and explained everything in terms the average person could understand. Being first time homebuyers we were unsure about the entire process. Claudio eased all of our worries. He explained everything in clear and concise terms.
