I thought Claudio and his team did an excellent job for us. We experienced three different lenders during this process and Claudio significantly out performed the others. He is professional, responds promptly, gets to the point, explains terms and/or why the lending industry does what it does. He has put together a polished process that allowed us to feel confident we were going to get the financing needed for our new home. I would work with Claudio and his team again without hesitation.
