Claudio and his team were amazing to work with. He was quick to the point, constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was moving along, and the closing process was quick and painless. He spent time answering all our questions and made sure we understood what was happening each step of the way. We would highly recommend him and his team!

We are so grateful to have been put in touch with Claudio and his team. Before working with him, we had been working with A big name bank. That may have ended up working out but we were happy to not be working with them anymore. We could speak directly to Claudio, something you can't do with gigantic lenders. I thought Claudio and his team did an excellent job for us. We experienced three different lenders during this process and Claudio significantly out performed the others. He is professional, responds promptly, gets to the point, explains terms and/or why the lending industry does what it does. He has put together a polished process that allowed us to feel confident we were going to get the financing needed for our new home. I would work with Claudio and his team again without hesitation.

Claudio and his team made our first time home buying process very smooth. Always reached out when certain documents were needed and always will to answer any questions we had. They were their every step of the way. We had an apartment lease that was up in September 9th, 2017 and were ready for a home.
