Claudio and his team made our first time home buying process very smooth. Always reached out when certain documents were needed and always will to answer any questions we had. They were their every step of the way. We had an apartment lease that was up in September 9th, 2017 and were ready for a home. Claudio went above and beyond the call of his duties for us. He fielded phone calls while we were driving around looking at houses to explain the pros and cons of each home regarding finances. Even when he was out and about running errands, he always picked up our call and steered us in the direction we should be going. Even though some of the answers we didn't want to hear, he treated us like we were part of his family and wanted what was best for us. Please use his services when purchasing a new home!
