Everything went extremely smooth. Claudio has a great team working with him. Communication was open, and we received constant updates on status.
Claudio always made sure I understood everything and he and his staff were always quick to respond with questions. Home buying can be a difficult process and Claudio made it quick and easy but was still thorough.
Being first time homebuyers we were unsure about the entire process. Claudio eased all of our worries. He explained everything in clear and concise terms. We were confident that we chose a man that would get the job done, from the very beginning. He told us up front what he needed and it was once and done. As first time home buyers, Claudio was always there to answer our questions and explain everything. He made us feel comfortable and confident with buying our first home.
