Working with Claudio was a pleasure! This was my third experience purchasing a mortgage and he made the process seamless. I met with Claudio in person to review the loan application and he took the time to explain the process. He was always available to answer my questions. I will not hesitate to refer him to family and friends.

Claudio and his team were great! We were first time home buyers and did not know anything about the mortgage process. Claudio educated us and ensured that we had all of the necessary documents in order for our closing to go smoothly. He has a great personality and was fun to work with. I would definitely work with him again if we wanted to refinance or purchase a new home.

I was a first time Home buyer and Claudio was essential in the process. He explains everything in layman's terms to make sure you understand every detail. Professional and straight to the point. If your looking to purchase a house, make sure you talk with Claudio first. Highly recommended!

I have just moved into my new Home this past week and must say the process was simple and certainly did not take a lot of my time to make the necessary arrangements. I was recommended to use Claudio Prunotto for my mortgage needs. After a brief discussion I sent the documents requested by Claudio and the rest was handled by Claudio and his team. Claudio is phenomenal to work with, and we would highly recommend him to anyone. We were so grateful to have found him as our lender! My husband & I just used Claudio to refinance our home. He walked us through the process in a way that we understood what to expect. He is very knowledgeable as he answered our questions completely. Claudio was available to talk to us whenever we needed him. If we had to leave a message, he always called us back in a timely manner.We highly recommend Claudio. 5 star was there for us 24/7. If you have any doubt just call Claudio. He made this as easy as we could ever dream of. When we called him numerous times to ask questions he was always there for us even if they were the same questions or worded different ways.
