I am a first time home buyer and Claudio really helped me through the whole process. He was able to explain the process so that I (as a new buyer) could understand everything clearly. He was helpful and always available to answer questions. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I have just moved into my new Home this past week and must say the process was simple and certainly did not take a lot of my time to make the necessary arrangements. I was recommended to use Claudio Prunotto for my mortgage needs. After a brief discussion I sent the documents requested by Claudio and the rest was handled by Claudio and his team. Claudio is phenomenal to work with, and we would highly recommend him to anyone. We were so grateful to have found him as our lender! He made our first time home buying experience completely stress-free. Claudio is not only competent and highly knowledgable, but you can tell he loves what he does. My husband & I just used Claudio to refinance our home. He walked us through the process in a way that we understood what to expect. He is very knowledgeable as he answered our questions completely. Claudio was available to talk to us whenever we needed him. If we had to leave a message, he always called us back in a timely manner.We highly recommend Claudio. We will be using his service when we buy our next home.

5 star was there for us 24/7. If you have any doubt just call Claudio. He made this as easy as we could ever dream of. When we called him numerous times to ask questions he was always there for us even if they were the same questions or worded different ways. We were very thankful for the referral we received from our real estate agent to work with Claudio... Refreshing, excellent and helpful are the top three words we think of regarding our experience with him. I will definitely refer Claudio to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home. Claudio was one of three lenders our realtor recommended and his quick responsiveness and exemplary knowledge of VA loan programs made our decision to utilize his services easy (my husband is a disabled veteran). As first time home buyers, anxiety about this purchase was expected, but anytime we had a question or concern, either Claudio or one of his team would answer in a timely manner, never failing to provide the information requested. We have done purchases and refinances in the past, but none of them were done better than with Claudio and his team at People's Home Equity. Claudio and his assistant, Nicole, were amazingly responsive, incredibly helpful, and willing to take time to explain anything we needed help with. The closing was wonderfully easy and was even done in our own home. Don't bother shopping around! This is the best person you can possibly deal with when looking for a mortgage. It was a pleasure to deal with Claudio!
