Clay was very upfront and honest about our mortgage. Clay is very communicative and kept us aware of every stage. Clay also got me a great rate. I had a friend who needed a refi and Clay was able to get him taken care of when others could not!
Clay saved me from having to cut my purchase agreement on a home that VU and another lender cancelled at the last minute. Those lenders did not like that I am a traveling medical professional and that my income wasn’t consistent enough. Clay stepped in with his company and took care of business expeditiously and I was able to get the house and they even gave me extra credits on the loan! Great working with Clay and hope to work with him again next year !
