Clay and Shiraney provided an excellent service. Over a year ago I decided to buy my first home and Clay made things smooth with the whole mortgage process. A year later I almost made the mistake to refinance with another company and I am so glad that I came to Clay again. He was able to get me a better interest rate than the other company on top of the great customer service that him and Shiraney offered. Thank you guys for the awesome service. Clay was recommended to us to ensure a speedy VA loan process as first-time home buyers. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer! This is our third time working with Clay. From our first home buy, to refinance, and to our second property, Clay has been there to walk us through all the complex process of our loan. He is very responsive and doesn’t only answers questions but actually breaks down the details and explain all the calculations that we’re having trouble to understand regarding our loan.
