Clay and his team were great. I kept my options open with multiple lenders during my home search but Clay's rates and terms were consistently the best, by a wide margin. Clay was also actively involved any time I made an offer, working the phones with listing agents to support my offer and the quality of my financing.
Both he and staff were very diligent and professional in securing our refinancing. They were courteous in email exchanges and very clear about what was needed. During this uncertain time, they both were on top of everything to make sure we able to get it done. I have spoken to my friends and they have not had the same experiences.
Clay made the home buying process so easy and smooth. Was very upfront and knowledgeable about what we needed to provide to get our loan. He was always there for us for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or refinance their home!!

Clay and his team really had our best interests at heart, advising us to wait till conditions were right. And when they were right, he helped us get thru the refinance process, which was further complicated by the Corona virus pandemic.
