Clay and his team really had our best interests at heart, advising us to wait till conditions were right. And when they were right, he helped us get thru the refinance process, which was further complicated by the Corona virus pandemic.

Clay and his team was very helpful. I was a first time home buyer, so I knew nothing about the processes. But with their help I wasn’t taken advantage of and I actually came out on top. If it wasn’t for them I’d probably be at a disadvantage and not got the home I wanted. I put my full trust in him and his team and that trust was well deserved. Obviously I didn’t know them well but I knew I was in good hands... better than Allstate’s lol.

For my first time buying a home, Clay Made it one heck of an experience. I was very nervous and had questions about everything. Clay answered them all, some more than once because I asked them over and over, and he really took the stress off. If I could work with him every time I buy a home in the future I wouldn’t hesitate at all.

This was my sixth home purchase in the last 20 years I am an active duty military member and Clay helped my wife and I get the exact house we wanted for the exact price point we were willing to spend. His professional knowledge of the current market and ability to crunch the numbers made this home purchase one of the easiest ever!
