I went to several lenders before Clay. Each of those lenders couldn’t pull my wife’s VA loan because of their underwriting policies. When my wife and I met Clay through the thank you heroes program Clay looked at me and my wife and said “ I guarantee you I will get you the VA loan”. Well needless to say Clay got us the loan when nobody else could. He also said he would close in 21 days but he actually closed in 19 days because the thanksgiving holiday. Clay helped us to close quickly, within 23 days of putting in an offer. He worked us through a VA loan and was able to get us credits back. He provided us with a quick and easy to read checklist which kept us up to speed on what was happening currently and what the next steps were to stay on time with our closing date.
