Clay helped us to close quickly, within 23 days of putting in an offer. He worked us through a VA loan and was able to get us credits back. He provided us with a quick and easy to read checklist which kept us up to speed on what was happening currently and what the next steps were to stay on time with our closing date.

We came to Clay back in November when we were just checking out the market, and he has made the process to simple, easy and painless. It's almost unbelievable. Interest rates were lower, closing costs were lower and we even closed escrow a week earlier than expected, everything along the way has been awesome. Such an amazing experience. Was expecting stress and the home buying process to take months, but working with Clay and his team, we were able to purchase our first home so fast and easy. This was our 1st experience buying a home. He listened to our fears and addressed them each. He made sure understand every step of the process and if we had any questions encouraged us to call him day or night ( and this with a new baby!) I would recommend him to anyone new to the home buying process ! If and when we decide that we need any type of financing home related ..
