Clay, Leah, Shiraney, And Melissa, are a great team! They managed to fund our loan in 21 days! Super diligent and extremely attentive. Answered all our questions (even the late night ones) and did it with ease. For first time VA home buyers, this process seemed flawless to us. Clay is an experienced, low stress loan officer and we will continue to reccomend him.

I went to several lenders before Clay. Each of those lenders couldn’t pull my wife’s VA loan because of their underwriting policies. When my wife and I met Clay through the thank you heroes program Clay looked at me and my wife and said “ I guarantee you I will get you the VA loan”. Well needless to say Clay got us the loan when nobody else could. He also said he would close in 21 days but he actually closed in 19 days because the thanksgiving holiday. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Clay

First home buying experience, clay was very detailed, explained everything to me.. Was always available to answer any of my questions, day or night,emails or even text message, hold down made this experience little easier having him in my corner teamed along side my realtor and I. This was by far my best business experience since returning to California. The entire process of purchasing the home through the VA with Clay and his teams help was quick, I mean really quick. 17 days, which has to be a record!
