Clay made our first time buying experience one to remember. He was knowledgeable, informative and professional. He even ran numbers for us after hours. When we first started the home buying process he informed us our scores were a little low and had us enroll in a credit repair program. It took some time but our scores significantly increased over the course of a few months. I would recommend Clay and anyone else from Thankyou Heroes to anyone.

Answered all our questions (even the late night ones) and did it with ease. For first time home buyers, this process seemed flawless to us. I went to several lenders before Clay. Each of those lenders couldn’t pull my wife’s VA loan because of their underwriting policies. When my wife and I met Clay through the thank you heroes program Clay looked at me and my wife and said “ I guarantee you I will get you the VA loan”. Well needless to say Clay got us the loan when nobody else could. He also said he would close in 21 days but he actually closed in 19 days because the thanksgiving holiday.
