This is my fourth home purchase. Clay and his team are incredible. My offer was approved on a Monday and the following Monday, I was able to close. Clay was always available day or night to answer my questions. He is the standard which others should be evaluated by. Simply amazing.

I had the best experience working with Clay! He was quick to respond to questions and explained everything to me regarding the process. Before I was able to blink my eyes I was being given keys to my house! The escrow process was so smooth and painless I never felt overwhelmed or lost. Thank you for your help and for making this dream come true for my son and I.
Clay and his team were absolutely fabulous. Finding a house was absolutely terrible until we started working with these guys. Made things super easy every step of the way, and he was always available after hours, literally anytime, to answer my 5000 questions. As a first time buyer, I definitely recommend him. Lastly, we had a issue toward the last bit of our closing, and he and his team 💯 had our back. Our loan didn't close on time but it WAS NOT Clay's fault, only our builder's.
From step 1 all the way to the close of escrow, Clay Made this process as simplified and as transparent as possible. He made sure that I had no doubt of wet stuff we were on what needed to be done and sent me emails frequently to let me know where we were at in the loan process. I look forward to working with him again in the near future.
