Everything went pretty smoothly except closing 6 days late not necessarily the lenders fault though. Also, the timing of the lock was extremely poor as we had to pay a lot of money to bring our rate down.

Clay and his branch are simply amazing. I wouldn't work with anyone else. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1986 and of all branches I have worked with in my career I would never use anyone other than Clay's branch at Military Home Loans. Clay is amazing at what he does! He knows his sh*t! We closed on a beautiful home as first time home owners on 12/18. Without Clay this wouldn’t be possible! We had an unexpected thing happen where my husband last his job due to the pandemic. Instead of us losing our home Clay looked at the bright side of things and helped us get to there we needed to be to still make it all happen 2 days before closing!!
