Very easy refinance with a great 2.25% rate. Clay and his team were helpful, knowledgeable, promptly replying in all questions. We felt the fees were reasonable and with the easy way we were handled from start to finish, there was no reason to shop around honestly. Clay and his team are phenomenal. If you were to ask clay a question he will give you an honest answer. He is always available and no question is a stupid question. He understands VA loans like no one else.
