"Great customer service " Anytime I am needing my vehicle serviced I am always pleased with the service I receive. I would HIGHLY recommend this service department to anyone if needing ANYTHING done on their vehicle big or small. You won`t be disappointed.

"friendly customer service" We purchased a 2017 Ford Escape and even though we have excellent credit we had just moved to Cleveland so hadn't established credit in this area. But the sales person and financial manager worked with us and got the financing needed. Being elderly we didn't know how to set up Blue Tooth and some other things on a newer vehicle. We went back and someone set it up and answered questions that we had. All in all, a good experience with Cleveland Ford.
