"Mix up fixed" After they diagnosed my sons truck, Ciji called with a cost of repair. I approved it based on what she told me. When I got to check out, the bill was much more. There was confusion over what was included when she told me over the phone, and I'm sure part of the miscommunication was my fault. But Ciji adjusted the bill to what I thought was fair. That is good customer service.
"Maintenance " The staff here is wonderful, and takes very good care of you and your vehicle! I highly recommend Cleveland Ford for all your car needs!

"Service Ford F-150" I scheduled an appointment for 9 am and arrived early. They quickly took my vehicle back and completed the job quickly. I was not pressured into any other sales pitches. I would recommend this dealer for all your service needs.

"Excellent service by their service personnel." While in vacation in Tennessee our check engine lite came on. Went to the local Ford dealer and Ciji Graham, their service adviser got our vehicle in promptly to find out what was wrong. She also arranged for us to get a rental vehicle while they had my truck.
