"Bought a truck" Nice people. They took care of our needs and answered all of our questions. We went looking for a truck and they hooked us up. Pretty simple. Jeff, our sales guy was really nice. "White ford f150" My experience at Ford of Cleveland was great. Overall the sales staff were friendly and helpful as we worked our way thru the negotiation. I would recommend anyone to use Ford of Cleveland in the future.
"Transmission" I had to have a transmission replaced and Ryan kept me informed on everything. I wish it could have been cheaper especially when the labor cost almost as much as the transmission did
