"friendly customer service" We purchased a 2017 Ford Escape and even though we have excellent credit we had just moved to Cleveland so hadn't established credit in this area. But the sales person and financial manager worked with us and got the financing needed. Being elderly we didn't know how to set up Blue Tooth and some other things on a newer vehicle. We went back and someone set it up and answered questions that we had. All in all, a good experience with Cleveland Ford.

Came in while sick to make sure my repair stayed on track and called twice (once while I was still in TN and also after I made it back to MN) to see how the truck was running.
