"Service department" We always purchase our vehicles from Larry Hill Ford. Excellent service. Clyde Sheets the service manager is very helpful. We have always been pleased with our Fords!

"Service plan" I brought my 2014 Ford Focus in for its next Car Care Service Plan, each time I bring it in, Ron Penepent opens he door and asks how he can help. I give him my booklet & he takes out the next coupon. This time I asked about a letter I received from Ford about a Software Update Program 15B22, he said that they do not handles those on Saturdays, and he gave me the name of the person I needed to call during the week to schedule the update.
