"Service plan" I brought my 2014 Ford Focus in for its next Car Care Service Plan, each time I bring it in, Ron Penepent opens he door and asks how he can help. I give him my booklet & he takes out the next coupon. This time I asked about a letter I received from Ford about a Software Update Program 15B22, he said that they do not handles those on Saturdays, and he gave me the name of the person I needed to call during the week to schedule the update.
